TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The “TOUCH ‘N GO TOUCH ‘N GO EWALLET YEAR-END REBATE PROGRAM” is organized by Antivirus365. net ("Organizer").
2. This Campaign is open to all public (with a registered Malaysia’s Mobile ) who is aged 18 and above.
   • The RM10 OR RM15 rebate is valid for ELIGIBLE KASPERSKY PRODUCT as listed in f. Table 1 ONLY.
   • Limited to 100 first redemptions only.
3. The campaign period is from 8^th November 2024 (12:01 AM) to 11^th December 2024 at (11:59 PM) Malaysia Time.
4. All eligible customers are required to have a registered and verified Touch 'n Go e- Wallet account.
5. Each customer is allowed to purchase a minimum of One (1) Kaspersky Product on a single receipt which is eligible to earn a maximum of One (1) rebate reward. Each customer may only submit one (1) redemption.

7. The rebate value will be distributed in the form of Touch ‘n Go eWallet Credit Transfer.

   8th November 2024 – 11th December 2024	15 working days after the campaign period

8. Customer who has successfully redeemed the rebate shall receive Organizer’s notification within 2 weeks after the redemption.
9. The rebate is not exchangeable or replaceable in cash.
10. The rebate is not applicable to any other ongoing campaigns, discounts, or vouchers.
11. All the rebates shall not be returnable and changeable until further notice.

How to redeem your Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet Duit Raya Rebate:

1. Purchase the eligible Kaspersky products from Antivirus365.net eStore
      ->  https://estore.antivirus365.net/
2. Scan the QR code or log on to https://bit.ly/4eifeJX and fill in the required information and submit the Redemption Form online.
3. Only one (1) redemption will be accepted for each Eligible Product sold to each Customer. If an Eligible Product is returned, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke any Rewards provided as part of the redemption.
4. Participating customers fully and correctly lodge a redemption and provide the following correct details the online Campaign entry form: Customer's Full Name, valid email address, valid phone number (Must link with Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet account), a Photo/screenshot of the Tax Invoice for the sale of Eligible Products (handwritten tax invoices will not be accepted as proof of purchase), by the Closing Date.
      * Please ensure that the photo/screenshot of the invoice shows the name of the eligible products and the purchase date.
5. Any redemptions submitted without the required proof of purchase documentation as stated above will be rejected.
6. The Organizer’s decision on all matters pertaining to this campaign is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.
7. The Organizer will accept no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected mail.
8. The Organizer does not accept any responsibility for misleading or incorrect information provided by a Participating Partner regarding this campaign.
9. The Organizer will use the information contained in the Campaign entry form to contact the customer if there are queries regarding redemption, and where to send the rebate to.
10. Liability for any tax on any rebate provided to the customer under this Promotion shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
11. By submitting a redemption, the customer provides their consent and agreement to the terms of this Privacy Notice.
